What is a Rehab trainer?

A rehab trainer is a qualified personal trainer who has undergone additional studies to allow them to specialise in guiding clients through exercise rehabilitation programs to decrease pain and regain functional movement

Can I claim money back through my private health insurance?

Sessions are claimable depending on the health insurer and level of cover

What equipment do you have in the studio?

We have a fully equipped studio that includes a diverse functional trainer, large range of resistance equipment (dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, medicine balls) treadmill, rower, spin bike, boxing gloves & pads, plyo boxes, rehab equipment and other common gym accessories

When can I get started?

Complete your details in the CONTACT page and we will get back to you within 24hrs. Alternatively you can call us on 0400 025 641. Appointment times will be set in conjunction with availability

Can I arrive early to my session?

We prefer you to arrive for your session on time as this will provide privacy for the client ending their session

Where can I park?

There is street parking available on Fernwood Ct right next to the entrance gate to the studio

Can I use the equipment outside of my session time?

No, the studio is by appointment only

Do you have changeroom and shower facilities?

No. It is best to arrive attired for your session

What do I need to wEAR and bring?

Comfortable clothing appropriate for exercise. Supportive sports shoes are also recommended.  Bring a towel and drink bottle to each session

Do you have a COVID safe plan?

Yes. We ask that you do not attend your session if feeling unwell or displaying symptoms of COVID. Hand sanitizer is available at the door. All equipment is cleaned and sanitized after every client
